Rest and Nutrition
Rest and good nutrition are very important after childbirth. Rest helps the mother body heal, reduces tiredness and improves emotional health.
Eating a healthy diet gives the body the nutritions it needs to recover and helps with breastfeeding. Together, rest and proper food give the mother energy and strength, helping both the mother and baby stay healthy during recovery.
BRESTFEEDING GUIDANCE
Breastfeeding should begin within the first hour after birth to help bonding and milk production. Make sure the baby is positioned correctly and latched onto the nipple well to avoid discomfort. Feed the baby whenever they seem hungry, usually 8-12 times a day. Stay hydrated, eat well, rest well .
